Alongside our community counselling, we can also signpost you to a number of qualified bereavement counsellors who offer private counselling outside of our service.
This may be helpful if you are unable to attend daytime appointments, would prefer more flexibility, or would like to continue with support beyond the sessions offered through Liverpool Bereavement Service.
The counsellors listed below are known to us and have experience in supporting people affected by bereavement. However, they work independently, and any arrangements, including fees and availability, are agreed directly with them.
Fees vary between counsellors and will be discussed with you directly.
For transparency, counsellors contribute a donation to Liverpool Bereavement Service to be included as part of this referral pathway. This supports the continuation of our free community service.
You are under no obligation to contact any of the counsellors listed, and you are welcome to take time to consider what feels right for you.
